Childcare is a highly ranked member of Keystone STARS. Keystone stars is an initiative of the Office of Child Development and Early Learning to improve, support, and recognize the continuous quality improvement efforts of early learning programs.

Our Mission
We believe that all young children can benefit from a developmentally appropriate program designed to help them reach their full potential. We believe each child is unique, special and capable of learning.
Our philosophy here at CYA is that learning and discovery is achieved best through PLAY.
It is the goal of CYA Childcare to provide activities and materials designed to promote learning and achieve the following:
Achieve positive separation from home.
Develop social skills and ability to function in large and small groups.
Encourage language development.
Encourage physical development and motor skills.
Encourage sound health, safety and nutritional practices.
Encourage creative expression and music/art appreciation.
Parents are an integral part of our program. We believe parents are their child's first and most important teachers. Their input and information about their child is continually sought and valued.

Operating Policy
The Center is open Mon-Fri, 6:30am to 6:00pm
Classrooms
Serving children from 6 weeks through 5 years old. Infant classrooms, Toddler classrooms, and Preschool Classrooms.
Immunizations
All Children must be immunized.
